Got one of the verses really wrong... Normally I wouldn't mind and wouldn't say anything, but I thought it was a really good set of lines. Here it is:
The levity of longing that
Distills each dream inside my head
By morning watered down, forget,
On silver stars I wish and wish and wish

Is it just me that can hear a more elaborate bit between the two verses than simply C and G?
A rough approximation (after the held C at the end of the first verse) would be G, C, Am, D followed by G, C and G, but the second to last G doesn't quite sound right to me. Still, it's better than nothing.

But good job with the chords, arguably the only important part on this site anyways :P
